Berawa

Berawa is the area on both sides of Jalan Pantai Berawa, which runs from the main road to Tanah Lot down to the coast. In effect it is the next community up the beach from Batu Belig. It is typified by rolling views of working rice fields, stands of mature trees, traditional Balinese villages, and scattered villas. The beach is pleasant and parts are good for swimming, while others should be viewed with caution. The new road linking Jalan Pantai Berawa with the end of Jalan Batu Belig, which passes The Canggu Club (actually located in Berawa), has made this area much more accessible, as it has cut traveling time to Seminyak’s restaurants, shops, and nightlife down to 10 to 15 minutes. |
