Elite Havens began operations in 1998 under the name "Bali Homes." Subsequently the company adopted the name Elite Havens for its property and rentals business, while the Bali Homes brand evolved into BHM, our management and marketing company.

With the growth of luxury tourism in Bali, Elite Havens prospered and established relationships with a significant number of clients. Across time the company expanded into other areas of the real-estate sector, most notably sales of land and villas. With thorough knowledge and experience with all aspects of the private villa market in Bali, the Elite Havens' Team is able to provide potential investors with tailor-made solutions in the Bali property market, and source and build professionally managed villas for retail and institutional investors.

BHM is has been in operation since 2001. The company specializes in the operational management and marketing of luxury villas and strives to operate private villas on a par with their high-end (5-star and above) hotel counterparts. For operational management clients, BHM assumes responsibility for every aspect of a villa's logistical and commercial operations, ensuring that villas are not just well run vacation homes but lucrative investments. For villas that pursue independent operational solutions, BHM offers marketing and agent relations services.

BHM currently manages individual luxury villas and villa resort properties (developments which feature multiple villas with shared common facilities). The combined occupancy levels for BHM managed properties for 2005 ran at near 70%. 2006 numbers are running at approximately the same levels. BHM also handles the agent relations and marketing for a number of other villas on the island of Bali, including Atas Ombak, Villa Gajah Putih, Majapahit Beach Villas, Bukit Naga, Villa Bali Bali, and Villa Vajra. BHM Marketing services are also employed by several other management companies on the island. BHM promotes its property portfolio across an impressive range of well over 180 booking agents worldwide.

In spring of 2006 Elite Havens started an event management division which is marketed under the brand name Elite Events. The division is run internally from the EHG offices by EHG staff and is positioned to move strongly into the significant Bali market for event management and coordination services for weddings, corporate events and parties. With the existing EHG client base and access to the best venues on the island, Elite Events is positioned to become a serious player in this space in a short period of time.

Bali Premium is a French firm which has entered into a basic licensing scheme with Elite Havens whereby they work with the Elite Havens' booking systems and have access to the Elite Havens' catalog of rental and sales properties in Bali, for the purpose of representing those properties in the French market. The company began operations in late 2004 and maintains an office in Paris.
